Itinerary

Day 1 - Chennai- Mamallapuram (60 Kms - 2 Hrs drive)

Greet and meet on arrival at Chennai and later Visit Chennai including Government museum, Fort museum, drive past Marina Beach, San Thome Church and visit kapaleswara temple later proceed to Mahabalipuram, On the way if time permits you can visit Dakshin chitra-is a living-history museum in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, dedicated to South Indian heritage and culture arrival at Mahabalipuram check in hotel rest of the day relax on Beach and overnight at Hotel.

 

Day 2 - Mamallapuram- Sightseeing

After breakfast proceed to the full day sightseeing of Mahabalipuram including visit of Five Rathas, Mahishasuramardini Mandapa, is an example of Indian rock-cut architecture dating from the late 7th century, of the Pal lava dynasty. It is a rock-cut cave temple located on a hill, near a lighthouse, along with other caves in Mamallapuram, Mahabalipuram lighthouse, Penance, Krishna Mandapam, Shore temple, Beach and later return to the Hotel and overnight at Hotel.

 

Day 3 - Mahabalipuram-Pondicherry ( 90 Kms -2 Hrs drive)

After breakfast check out hotel to Pondicherry, a beautiful drive in ECR reach at Pondicherry, arrival at Pondicherry check in hotel and later proceed to the full day sightseeing of Pondicherry including, Matrimandir The Matrimandir is an edifice of spiritual significance for practitioners of Integral yoga, situated at the centre of Auroville initiated by The Mother of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Auroville: The City of Dawn, Arikamedu – Former Chola Port city, Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, Pondicherry, Promenade Beach, Shri Aurobindo ashram and later drive back to Hotel and Overnight at Hotel.

 

Day 4 - Pondicherry - Sightseeing

After breakfast Proceed to the full day sightseeing of Pondicherry including Manakkula Vinayakar Temple- Vibrant Hindu temple known for its elephant blessings, ornately carved stone walls & golden chariot, Botanical Garden- Botanical garden built by French colonists on 22 acres with themed plots, an aquarium & train rides, Pondicherry Museum, Pondicherry Beach, Nehru Street and later you'll find more boutiques. A must-visit store here is La Boutique d'Auroville. Its wide glass doors welcome you in to browse shelves brimming, spend time on Shopping and later drive back to Hotel and rest relax and Overnight at Hotel.

 

Day 5 - Pondicherry - Chennai (190 Kms - 5 Hrs)

After breakfast Checkout hotel and we transfer you to the Chennai airport/railway Station for your return journey to back home – end of the services.
